Japan and Germany jointly develop new process for growing gallium oxide single crystals

Japanese and German research teams have jointly developed a new gallium oxide single crystal growth process that uses laser heat sources for production without the need for traditional crucibles, which is expected to improve production efficiency and reduce costs.
