Volkswagen and Xpeng Motors deepen cooperation and accelerate joint research and development of vehicle models

Volkswagen Group and Xiaopeng Motors have signed a strategic technology cooperation and joint development agreement and will establish a joint procurement plan to accelerate the joint development of two B-class pure electric vehicles. This cooperation will leverage the scale advantages of both parties and the supply chain capabilities of Volkswagen Group to reduce costs and improve product competitiveness.
