Volkswagen Group to supply electric vehicle components and battery cell technology to Mahindra

On February 16, Volkswagen Group announced that it had signed a supply agreement with Mahindra in India, under which Mahindra will use key components of Volkswagen Group's open electric vehicle platform. According to the agreement, Mahindra plans to use some of Volkswagen Group's platform components and standardized battery cells for its own electric platform INGLO.
