Introduction to Xpeng Motors' Fuyao Architecture Models

The Fuyao architecture model launched by Xiaopeng Motors is equipped with a full-range 800V high-voltage SiC silicon carbide platform as standard, which has the characteristics of high efficiency and high performance. This model adopts a pure 800V high-voltage platform design, which enables iterative upgrades of motor and electronic control and improves energy conversion efficiency, but correspondingly, the use of SiC power devices to replace IGBT transistors leads to an increase in component costs.
