Mitsubishi Electric invests 900 billion yen in research and development of next-generation power semiconductors

Mitsubishi Electric announced that it will invest approximately 900 billion yen (approximately 43 billion yuan) between 2024 and 2030 in the research and development of next-generation power semiconductors, material and product recycling, and renewable energy.
