Shanghai Hi-Tech plans to invest RMB 775 million in low-resistance single crystal growth and high-quality epitaxial R&D projects. The project will be implemented by Zhengzhou Hi-Tech and mainly includes the construction of factory buildings and supporting facilities and the purchase of 12-inch epitaxial growth and crystal growth-related R&D equipment and testing equipment.
