Shanghai Hi-Tech's high-quality epitaxial wafer R&D and industrialization project will add an annual production capacity of approximately 180,000 12-inch epitaxial wafers, approximately 60,000 8-inch epitaxial wafers, and approximately 240,000 6-inch epitaxial wafers. The total investment scale of the project is RMB 188.5626 million, and Shanghai Hi-Tech will be responsible for its implementation.
