According to TrendForce, Nvidia's new GPU GB200 will boost TSMC's CoWoS capacity by more than 150% in 2024. Nvidia GB200 is expected to ship over one million units in 2025, accounting for nearly 40% to 50% of Nvidia's high-end GPUs.
