SK siltron receives US government support to expand SiC wafer factory

SK Siltron will receive about $77 million (about RMB 558 million) in support from the US government, including investment subsidies and tax incentives, to expand its SiC wafer factory in Michigan. SK Siltron is one of the beneficiaries of the $54 million (about RMB 392 million) loan support received by its US subsidiary SK Siltron CSS from the US Department of Energy in February this year.
