ByteDance acquires stake in memory chip maker Xinyuan Semiconductor

ByteDance recently invested in Shanghai-based memory chip company Xinyuan Semiconductor, becoming its third-largest shareholder. The investment is intended to boost the development of ByteDance's virtual reality headsets.
