The 800V silicon carbide high-voltage electric drive assembly production base of Hefei Junlian Automotive Electronics Co., Ltd. has been put into production and new products have been put into production in batches, marking that the company has become a technology-based enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and sales. The company currently has an annual production capacity of 200,000 electronic controls, 100,000 electric drive assemblies and 200,000 power modules, and has passed IATF 16949 quality management system certification.
