Research and development and application of integrated die-casting technology for chassis subframe of new energy vehicles

In response to the problems of large size, complex structure, and high mechanical performance requirements of the chassis subframe of new energy vehicles, the researchers adopted three-stage vacuum extraction technology and cluster local extrusion technology to successfully improve the mechanical properties of die-casting parts, meet design requirements, and improve production efficiency and product qualification rate.
