Tianyue Advanced Technology expands the production scale of 6-inch SiC substrates at its Shanghai Lingang plant to 960,000 pieces per year

According to the 2022 fundraising plan, the SiC substrate production base built by Tianyue Advanced in Shanghai Lingang is planned to start trial production in 2022 and reach full production in 2026, achieving an annual production capacity of 300,000 conductive SiC substrates. In the second half of 2023, Tianyue Advanced decided to expand the production scale of 6-inch SiC substrates to 960,000 pieces/year, equivalent to a 220% increase in production capacity over the original plan. Based on the current order situation and customer demand forecasts, Tianyue Advanced's Shanghai Lingang factory is expected to achieve an annual production capacity target of 300,000 conductive substrates ahead of schedule. Once achieved, the Lingang factory will become the company's main production base for conductive silicon carbide substrates.
