Volkswagen China invests in JAC Motors, increasing JAC Volkswagen's stake to 75%

In May 2020, Anhui Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, Volkswagen China Investment and JAC Holdings signed a letter of intent for capital increase. Volkswagen China plans to acquire 50% of the equity of JAC Holdings and increase its shareholding in JAC Volkswagen from 50% to 75%.
