According to the State Administration for Market Regulation, the "Regulations on the Management of Defective Automobile Recalls" was officially implemented on October 1, 2004, marking the formal establishment of my country's product recall system. As of September 30, 2024, my country has carried out 3,023 defective automobile recalls, involving 112 million vehicles, of which 596 were affected by the investigation of the State Administration for Market Regulation, totaling 56.951 million vehicles, accounting for 50.99%.
