TechStar and Tudatong enter into special purpose acquisition company merger and acquisition transaction

Recently, TechStar Acquisition Corporation (TechStar) announced that it has signed a business merger agreement with automotive LiDAR supplier Tudatong and its wholly-owned subsidiary Merger Sub, reaching a special purpose acquisition company merger transaction (SPAC merger transaction). This transaction will help Tudatong to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through TechStar.
