WT Microelectronics acquires Future Electronics and has raised NT$60 billion in loans

WT Microelectronics' acquisition of 100% equity of Canada's Future Electronics for USD 3.8 billion has been approved and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024. The NT$60 billion loan funds in this transaction were jointly raised by 14 banks and other financial institutions in Taiwan.
