WT Microelectronics successfully raised NT$60 billion to acquire Future Electronics

WT Microelectronics has been approved to acquire 100% of the equity of Canada's Future Electronics for USD 3.8 billion, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024. The NT$60 billion loan funds for this transaction were jointly raised by 14 banks and other financial institutions in Taiwan. This acquisition will help WT Microelectronics expand its agency product line, improve the completeness of its product line, and provide customers with more complete product value-added services.
