Investorer omfatter China Industrial Zhongda Investment, Anxin Investment, Guoxin Securities Investment, Yizhuang State Investment, Maizun Capital, Hangzhou Changjiang Venture Capital, Fuyu Investment, Zhihui Qianchao, osv. Finansieringsmidler anvendes hovedsageligt til opbygning af produktionsbaser for SiC-systemer og F&U og produktion af SiC-chips.
