Intel expected to join Nvidia supply chain in February

Nvidia plans to absorb Intel into its supply chain to ease the tight capacity of advanced packaging. Intel is expected to officially join Nvidia's supply chain in February this year, with a monthly production capacity of 5,000 wafers. Even if Intel joins Nvidia's supply chain, TSMC will still be Nvidia's main advanced packaging supplier.
