Hongxin Electronics plans to acquire Alliant Technologies to deepen NVIDIA AI ecosystem cooperation

Hongxin Electronics said that the proposed acquisition of Alliant Technologies is to deepen cooperation with NVIDIA's AI ecosystem and achieve a deep binding of technology and customer resources. Alliant Technologies was established in June 2015 with a registered capital of 25 million yuan and is an Elite partner of NVIDIA in China.
