Tata Group is exploring the possibility of listing its lithium battery business Agratas separately, aiming to expand its market share in renewable energy and electric vehicles. It is reported that the company has started preliminary discussions on the separate listing of Agratas and plans to list it separately on the Bombay Stock Exchange in the future. It is expected that Agratas' market value will be between US$5 billion and US$10 billion when it goes public, depending on the company's growth rate and market demand forecasts. Currently, Agratas has set up factories in India and the UK.
