SILEX and BYD carry out multi-field cooperation

Since 2021, Xinlian Integration has launched extensive cooperation with BYD in multiple fields, covering power devices such as wafer SiC MOSFET, IGBT, Si-based MOSFET, vehicle main drive power modules, analog ICs and other fields. At present, Xinlian Integration's foundry products have entered BYD's Ocean and Dynasty series on a large scale. Since 2023, Xinlian Integration's foundry SiC chips have been installed in BYD's new energy vehicles in large quantities.
