TSMC develops SOT-MRAM array chip, consuming only 1% of similar technologies

TSMC has successfully developed SOT-MRAM array chips, which consume only 1% of other similar technologies. TSMC has developed 22nm, 16/12nm and other related MRAM product lines, and has received orders from the memory, automotive and other markets.
