Transphorm Launches 900 V GaN FET

Transphorm has launched a 900 V GaN FET, which is now in production. Transphorm has shipped more than 500,000 GaN power devices for multi-kilowatt applications. In addition, Transphorm has launched the first automotive-qualified GaN FET and has established a partnership with ON Semiconductor to jointly launch a GAN-based power solution.
