Application of automotive software update technology FOTA in AUTOSAR

The FOTA (Firmware Over the Air) technology in AUTOSAR (Automotive Open System Architecture) makes the update of automotive software more efficient and safer. FOTA pushes new software packages to vehicles via wireless networks, reducing the time-consuming and repeated trips to the repair shop caused by software updates. CP AUTOSAR's support for FOTA is reflected in aspects such as software package management and update process execution, ensuring the correctness and reliability of the software package. Although CP AUTOSAR itself does not directly support OTA, efficient software updates can be achieved by updating the controller running CP AUTOSAR through other controllers.
