Efter mere end tre års hårdt arbejde har Xinlian Integration udviklet sig fra en leverandør af Nari Semiconductors højspændings-IGBT-chipprodukter til en leverandør af Nari Semiconductors fuldspændings-IGBT- og siliciumcarbidchips.
