The development status and challenges of smart battery technology at home and abroad

Smart battery technology has become a research hotspot worldwide. The EU's "Battery 2030+" plan lists smart battery-related technologies as a key research area. However, the industrial development of smart batteries still faces some challenges. For example, the design and application of smart materials need to overcome the limitations of electrochemical compatibility, the design and implantation technology of built-in sensors is not yet mature, and smart BMS faces multiple challenges at the software and hardware levels. Solving these problems requires more R&D investment and technological innovation.
