Infineon Technologies and SK Siltron CSS reach wafer supply agreement

Infineon Technologies has formally reached an agreement with SK Siltron CSS, which will provide Infineon with competitive, high-quality 150mm SiC wafers to support the production of SiC semiconductors. In addition, SK Siltron CSS will play an important role in assisting Infineon's transition to 200mm wafer diameter.
