SiRuiPu plans to acquire 85.26% of Chuangxinwei's shares and raise 383 million yuan in supporting funds

SiRuiPu plans to issue shares to no more than 35 specific targets to raise matching funds totaling 383 million yuan while acquiring 85.26% of Chuangxinwei's shares. The funds will be used to pay the cash consideration of this transaction and the fees of intermediary agencies.
