Tianke Heda's silicon carbide substrate sales doubled

Founded in 2006, Tianke Heda is one of the early Chinese companies to enter the industrialization of silicon carbide, relying on the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2023, Tianke Heda's silicon carbide substrate products will mainly be 6-inch conductive types, with an annual production capacity of approximately 290,000 pieces, doubling that of the previous year. The "Shenzhen Reinvestment Tianke Third Generation Semiconductor Materials Industrial Park", a key project of Guangdong Province jointly invested and constructed by the company and Shenzhen Major Industrial Investment Group, has been initially completed and put into production. It is estimated that by the end of 2025, the effective annual production capacity of Tianke Heda's 6-inch silicon carbide substrates will reach 900,000 pieces. In May 2023, Tianke Heda signed a long-term supply agreement with Infineon.
