Sanan Optoelectronics realizes vertical industrial chain layout in the field of silicon carbide

Sanan Optoelectronics, as a leading company in the field of domestic compound semiconductors, is also the first company in China to realize the vertical industrial chain layout of silicon carbide (SiC). It has the industrial integration capabilities of substrate materials, epitaxial growth and chip manufacturing. At present, its main production capacity is concentrated in the Hunan Sanan Semiconductor Factory. According to official information, from the end of 2023 to the beginning of 2024, its 6-inch silicon carbide production capacity will be approximately 18,000 to 20,000 pieces per month.
