Tianke Heda: Leader in the SiC Substrate Market

Tianke Heda, founded in 2006 and relying on the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, is one of the early Chinese companies to enter the industrialization of silicon carbide. According to Yole data, in 2022, Tianke Heda's sales of conductive silicon carbide substrates ranked first in China and fourth in the world. In 2023, Tianke Heda's silicon carbide substrate products will mainly be 6-inch conductive types, with an annual production capacity of approximately 290,000 pieces, doubling from the previous year. It is estimated that by the end of 2025, Tianke Heda's effective annual production capacity of 6-inch silicon carbide substrates will reach 900,000 pieces. In May 2023, Tianke Heda signed a long-term supply agreement with Infineon, and the supply scale and product specifications are similar to those of Tianyue Advanced. In November 2023, Tianke Heda announced that the company's revenue as of October had doubled compared to the full year of 2022, exceeding 1 billion yuan for the first time.
