CATL releases new organizational structure chart, with four major business systems to support the company's development

On March 15, 2024, CATL, a world-leading battery manufacturer, announced its latest organizational chart. The chart shows that the board of directors has four committees, including the Strategy Committee, the Nomination Committee, the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee, and the Audit Committee. The general manager of the company is responsible for managing four major business systems, 13 departments and branches. The four major business systems include the Marketing Center, the R&D Center, the Engineering Manufacturing Center, and the Supply Chain and Operations Center. In addition, the company also has 13 functional departments, such as the Investment Management Department, the Corporate Planning Department, and the Corporate Public Affairs Department.
