Brief Introduction of Zengxin Technology's 12-inch Smart Sensor Production Line Project

Zengxin Technology's project is a key project of the province and the city, aiming to build the first 12-inch smart sensor (MEMS) and special process production line in China. The project covers an area of ​​370 acres and is divided into two phases. The first phase is approved to invest 7 billion yuan, and the total investment is 37 billion yuan. It is expected that by June 2024, a 12-inch MEMS manufacturing production line with a monthly processing capacity of 20,000 pieces will be built.
