AiSi Technology established a R&D and production base in Shanghai

Jiangsu AiSi Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (Aisi Technology) announced that it will set up a research and development and production base for automotive-grade SiC module packaging products in Anting Town, Jiading District, Shanghai. The base is expected to have an annual output value of 2 billion yuan and will promote the process of domestic substitution. In addition, AiSi Technology also plans to use Shanghai as its R&D headquarters and manufacturing demonstration base, and expand its business to the whole country in the future.
