Jinglong Technology's shares will be sold to several companies, including Suzhou Industrial Park Industrial Investment Fund, Tongfu Microelectronics Co., Ltd., Suzhou Xinrui Equity Investment Partnership, and Shanghai State-owned Assets and State-owned Enterprises Comprehensive Reform Experimental Private Equity Fund Partnership.
