In 2023, Silan Microelectronics' IGBT (including IGBT devices and PIM modules) revenue will reach RMB 1.4 billion, a year-on-year increase of more than 140%. The company's self-developed electric vehicle main motor drive module has been mass-produced for customers such as BYD and Geely.
