CR Microelectronics' 2023 capital expenditure and 2024 capital expenditure plan

Huarun Microelectronics stated in an investor relations event on March 6 that capital expenditures in 2023 will be mainly used for the construction of the Shenzhen 12-inch production line and the Chongqing advanced power packaging and testing base. The Shenzhen 12-inch production line will still be in the investment cycle in 2024, and the company will continue to increase its acquisition and merger efforts.
