Changdian Technology and SanDisk Semiconductor reached a cooperation agreement

Changdian Technology and SanDisk Semiconductor have signed an Equity Acquisition Agreement, whereby Changdian Technology intends to acquire 80% of SanDisk Semiconductor's equity in cash for approximately US$624 million. The two parties will also sign a Supply Agreement in the future to ensure that SanDisk Semiconductor will achieve the agreed performance indicators within five years after the transaction.
