Sinlink Integrated's 12-inch wafer production line reaches full capacity

Xinlian Integrated has built a 12-inch silicon-based wafer production line with a monthly output of 90,000 pieces, mainly producing power chips such as IGBT, SJ and HVIC driver chips. At present, the company's first and second phases of 8-inch silicon-based production capacity still maintains 170,000 pieces/month, and the third phase of 12-inch 10,000 pieces/month pilot line has reached full capacity.
