Located in Shaoxing Integrated Circuit Town, Xinlian Integrated Circuit was born out of SMIC and focuses on power and MEMS wafer manufacturing. The company recently won the BYD "Special Contribution Award" and the Xiaopeng Motors "Cooperation and Collaboration Award", and became the production supplier of NIO's first self-developed 1200V silicon carbide (SiC) module.
