TSMC factory also delayed

TSMC said its second plant in Arizona will be delayed. Originally scheduled to be operational in 2026, the facility is now expected to start production in 2027 or 2028. Construction of the plant's shell has begun, but the Taiwanese chipmaking giant needs to review "how much incentives the U.S. government can provide."
