State Grid transfers equity in five new energy companies

On December 19, the Beijing Equity Exchange website announced that State Grid plans to transfer all of its shares in five new energy companies, including Bachu Silk Road Network Energy New Energy Co., Ltd., Taxkorgan Guozong New Energy Co., Ltd., Ruoqiang Guozong New Energy Co., Ltd., Karamay Huineng New Energy Co., Ltd. and Heshuo Guozong New Energy Co., Ltd.
