Nvidia provides CEO Huang Renxun with high security and consulting fees

Nvidia revealed in the report that CEO Huang Renxun also received $2.5 million in other subsidies in fiscal 2024 to pay for expenses such as residential security and consulting fees. About $2.2 million of this was related to security, consulting, monitoring, and car and driver services. In the previous year, the compensation in this regard was worth less than $700,000. Nvidia said that due to Huang Renxun's high profile, the company's board of directors developed an independently evaluated executive security plan and therefore provided him with security protection.
