Xinyuan Intelligent Storage and Weilan New Energy cooperated to successfully complete the first hybrid solid-liquid battery energy storage project

On December 13, Xinyuan Intelligent Storage successfully completed the construction of a 50MW/100MWh energy storage project in Toksun, Turpan, Xinjiang, including the hoisting of 23 battery cabins and 12 boost converters. This is the first time that Xinyuan Intelligent Storage has participated in a hybrid solid-liquid battery energy storage project, and it is also the first large-scale energy storage project in cooperation with Xinyuan Intelligent Storage and Weilan New Energy. The project uses the 280Ah hybrid solid-liquid battery produced by Weilan New Energy and the Power Cabin liquid-cooled energy storage technology solution of Xinyuan Intelligent Storage. This technical solution can effectively improve the high cold resistance and precise temperature control of the energy storage system, give full play to the advantages of high energy density, high safety, long life, and environmental protection of hybrid solid-liquid batteries, and solve the local new energy consumption and grid frequency and voltage regulation problems. With the completion of the project, the next step will be to debug the project and connect it to the grid to further promote the development of green energy in Turpan.
