China Ceramics Electronics acquires part of Guolian Wanzhong's equity

On June 21, 2023, China Ceramics Electronics announced that it plans to issue shares to China Electronics Technology Group Corporation 13th Institute to purchase its 73.00% equity interest in Hebei Bowei Integrated Circuit Co., Ltd., assets and liabilities of the GaN communication base station RF chip business, and 94.6029% equity interest in Beijing Guolian Wanzhong Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. In addition, the company will also issue shares to no more than 35 qualified specific objects to raise matching funds.
