Mitsubishi Electric and Denso invest in Coherent silicon carbide business

Mitsubishi Electric and Denso Corporation announced that they will jointly invest $500 million each in the silicon carbide business company spun off from Coherent, for a total of $1 billion. This investment will help promote the development of the silicon carbide business.
