New energy vehicle exports hit a record high in March

According to the latest data from the China Passenger Car Association, the export of new energy passenger vehicles reached 120,000 in March, a year-on-year surge of 70.9% and a month-on-month increase of 52.8%. This figure accounted for 29.7% of the total passenger car exports, an increase of 5.6 percentage points compared with the same period last year. Pure electric models dominated the export of new energy vehicles, accounting for 82.3%. The export volume of small and micro pure electric vehicles accounted for 58% of the new energy exports of domestic brands.
