Hunan Sanan's layout in the silicon carbide industry chain

Hunan Sanan is one of the few companies in China that has the ability to vertically integrate the silicon carbide industry chain, with businesses covering multiple links from crystal growth to chip manufacturing. Its products have been widely used in photovoltaics, energy storage, new energy vehicles and other fields, and it has established cooperative relationships with more than 800 companies. During the reporting period, Hunan Sanan's technology continued to break through, and 6-inch silicon carbide substrates were shipped in batches to international customers, and the 8-inch substrate epitaxial process has also been debugged.
